  • Breast Augmentation

If you're considering breast augmentation, women who choose to have breast augmentation surgery do so to improve their self image. Some feel dissatisfied because their breasts never developed to a size that meets their expectations. Others want to bring balance to a breast that is somewhat smaller than the other. Often, women want the procedure to restore their natural breast volume, which may have decreased as a result of pregnancy, wight loss or aging. If you often wish that your breasts were fuller or more shapely, you may want to consider breast augmentation which is a procedure that uses implants to enlarge and shape the breasts. Your new look will bring you greater freedom with fashion and may give your self image a boost.

  • Breast Lift

If you're considering a breast lift, over the years, factors such as pregnancy, nursing and the force of gravity may affect the appearance of a woman's breasts. As the skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag. Breast lift, or mastopexy, is a procedure to reshape sagging breasts - at least, for a time. (No surgery can permanently delay the effects of gravity.) Mastopexy can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. In addition, if your breasts have lost volume due to pregnancy, nursing or weight-loss, implants inserted in conjunction with mastopexy may further enhance your appearance.

  • Breast Reduction

If you're considering a breast reduction, if you are a woman with overly large breasts, breast reduction surgery can be a life enhancing option. In this procedure, excess breast tissue and skin are removed, and the areola is often repositioned as well. The result may be significant relief from many physical and emotional discomforts, and a new sense of freedom in your exercise activities, and ability to wear a greater variety of clothing styles. In fact, of all the procedures performed by plastic surgeons, breast reduction ranks among the highest in patient satisfaction.

  • Breast Reconstruction

If you're considering breast reconstruction, reconstruction of a breast that has been removed due to cancer or other disease is one of the most rewarding surgical procedures available today. New techniques and implants have made it possible for surgeons to create a breast that can come close in appearance to a natural breast. Frequently, the first stage of reconstruction is possible immediately following breast removal (mastectomy), thus easing the emotional strain on the patient. But bear in mind, post-mastectomy breast reconstruction is not a simple procedure. There are many options to consider as you and your doctor explore what's best for you.

  • Tummy Tuck

If you're considering a tummy tuck, a flat stomach is important to a physically fit appearance. However, even a healthy diet and regular exercise can sometimes do little to eliminate unwanted accumulations of fat and loose, sagging skin in the abdominal area. Factors such as muscle weakness resulting from pregnancy may contribute to "rounding" of the abdomen. As we age, the lack of hormones may also play a role in the redistribution of fatty tissue around our midline. During a tummy tuck, the muscles are tightened, excess skin and fatty tissue are removed, and liposuction may also be used. The result is a smaller waistline which also helps in improving the fit of certain clothes. Regular exercise activities may be resumed after full recovery.

  • Liposuction

If you're considering liposuction, this procedure can help sculpt the body by removing unwanted fat from specific areas, including the abdomen, hips, "love handles", inner and outer thighs, knees, upper arms, and neck. During the past decade, liposuction, which is also known as "lipoplasty or suction lipectomy", has benefited from several new refinements. Today, a number of techniques, including ultrasound-assisted lipoplasty (UAL) and the tumescent liposuction are helping many plastic surgeons to provide patients with more precise results and quicker recovery times. Liposuction is not a substitute for proper diet or exercise; results can be longlasting it weight remains stable.

  • Eyelid Surgery

If you're considering eyelid surgery, the eyes are often considered the most attractive feature of the face. Drooping upper lids and puffiness under the eyes may make you look older and more tired than you feel. In eyelid surgery, fat (which causes puffiness), and excess skin and muscle (which cause droopiness), are removed from the upper and lower eyelids. When performed by itself, local anesthesia may be used. Recovery time is relatively short, and light eye makeup can usually be worn after a week. It can also be performed with other facial plastic procedures such as face or browlift.

  • Browlift

If you're considering a browlift, dropping eyebrows are a significant cause of "hooding" over the eyes, forehead furrows and frown. These features may give the entire face a tired, sleepy, or even angry appearace. In a browlift, the muscles and skin that cause the problems are removed or altered to smooth the forehead, raised the upper eyelids and minimize frown lines. The results can be a more alert, animated, and more youthful appearance. It can be performed alone, but usually in conjunction with other procedures, such as eyelid surgery or a facelift.

  • Facelift

If you're considering a facelift, as people age, the effects of gravity, exposure to the sun and the stresses of daily life can be seen in their faces. Additional procedures often enhance the results of a face lift; these may include lip enhancements with fat injection, smoothing lines around the mouth with dermabrasion, and even implants in the cheek and chin areas. A facelift (rhytidectomy) can't stop this aging process, it can "set back the clock", improving the most visible signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening underlying muscles and redraping the skin of your face and neck. A facelift can be performed alone or in conjunction with other procedures such as a browlift or eyelid surgery.
